  • Shipping: We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer several shipping options, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order online through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for lost items in transit.

  • Damaged: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.

  • Replacement Policy: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable as it is a custom items.

  • Change of Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the shipping address once the order has shipped.
